Good Habits

There are many good habits to be practised. We have to make sure that we are going to bed on time and getting up before the sun rises. Brushing your teeth after waking up and before going to bed is another good habit . If we want to stay healthy, we have to eat healthy food like Grains, Fruits, Vegetables. We have to clean up the area in which we live in.  We should learn to save our pocket money and try to purchase things that are useful. We should learn to respect others.  We should also have the courtesy to say ‘Please, Thank You and Sorry’. Honesty is the best policy. When we are honest, we have nothing to hide .When we follow this, we can see the change within ourselves, into a better person.
