Story writing with hints - Fox and the Crow

 a crow -  a piece of meat - hungry fox - His mouth watered -   thought of a plan -  praised the voice of crow -  said him to sing a song - crow opened his mouth to sing - piece of meat fell down -  fox ate it and went away.

The Fox and the crow 
Once upon a time. There was a crow. He had a piece of meat. A hungry fox cam there. His mouth watered when he saw the piece of meat. He thought of a plan to get it. He praised the voice of crow. The fox said him to sing a song. When the crow opened his mouth to sing. The piece of meat fell down. The fox ate it and went away. 

MORAL: BEWARE OF FLATTER.

L-8 Humpty Dumpty

 A1- Lewis Carroll wrote 'Through the looking Glass'.
A2- Humpty Dumpty was sitting on high and  narrow wall.
A3- Alice was seven years and six months.
A4- Humpty Dumpty explained the poem 'Jabberwocky'.
A-1- According to Humpty Dumpty his name means a good handsome shape.

A2- The king promised Humpty Dumpty to send all his horses and men to help him if Humpty Dumpty fell from the wall.

A3- Alice thought that un- birthday gift are not good as birthday present. Humpty Dumpty disgreed because there is only one birthday in a year and 364 un-birthdays.

A-4-(I) Alice said these words to Humpty Dumpty.
(II) He would be safer on ground because the wall was high and narrow.
(III) No he didn't come down immediately. He told that king had promised to send his horses and men if he fell down.

 A- Some people speak rudely to others and pass sarcastic comments when they talk which is totally wrong . It can hurt others  . The ideal way is to talk politely with all .

L-8 Birbal and the Barber

A-1- The barber met Emperor Akbar's father in his dream.
A-2- Birbal was chosen to go to heaven because Birbal had good sense of humour.
A-3- Birbal wanted sometime to make tunnel from the ditch to his house . 
A-4- According to Birbal , barber was responsible for getting him into trouble.
A-5- Birbal wanted to make a ditch near his house so that he could go from ditch to his house through tunnel and stay there in his house .
A-6-Emperor Akbar rewarded Birbal for fulfilling his duty responsibly.

A-1- The two conditions were 
1.He should be buried alive .
2. He should be buried near his house.

A-2- Birbal saved himself by hiding in his house.
A-3- The emperor's father sent Birbal  back from heaven because he needed a barber there.
A-4- Emperor's father sent a message that he needed a barber in heaven and emperor should send his own barber.
A-5- Emperor's barber was chosen to go to heaven as Akbar thought he was a very good barber.

6. (a) Akbar said these words to Birbal.
(b) Birbal brought the message.
(c) 'Father ' was in the heaven.

A1- Yes I think wit and intellect help an individual to handle difficult and tricky situations well . I would do the same if I was in the place of Birbal.

A2- Birbal is clever, witty , intelligent , tricky and  has good sense of humour .
