Hello everyone 

My name is ________. I study in ________ class. Today I will tell you about Labour Day.The world's labour day is celebrated every year all over the world on 1st May.It is celebrated to recognise the efforts of millions of labourers and helpers all over the world who make our work easy.

The Labour works tirelessly for more than 10 hours daily.They don't get leaves easily.Even then their work is considered worthless and are paid very less.

Thus we need to thank them on this day.

I am ________ . I study in grade _____. As we all know that today is 1st May which is celebrated as Labour Day.Today I will tell you about Why do we celebrate Labour Day.The story of Labour Day began with the rise in industrialization. The industrialists exploited the labor class those days. They took a lot of work from them but paid them very less. Laborers were forced to work for 10-15 hours a day in very tough conditions. Those who worked in chemical factories, mines, and other similar places suffered very much. Lastly, they took the bravery to stand united and raise their voice against this oppression.  So, the government heard their request and reduced the working hour to 8 hours. Thus, it is a special day to appreciate and recognize their contribution to society as they are certainly well-deserved.
