Dear Johnsen,
I am Siya and holds premium membership of your gym. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with changing room at the gym . I believe you are the right person to state my concern.
I would like to bring some potential issues to your kind notice. First and foremost , the lock of this room is not working , which is a matter of concern as far as privacy is considered. Additionally there is continuous water dropping from air conditioner , which really makes floor wet. Moreover , to the utmost dissatisfaction , the light of the room is also not working.
Conspicuously, this is the second time I am reporting this issue as earlier no attention was paid by your assistant manager to these problems. Farther more his behaviour was also very unprofessional which is not expected from such a well named fitness brand.
I would like you to fix all above mentioned issues as soon as possible , and also provide soft skill training to your staff for foreseeable future.
